At ALT ÜST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn garment within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all ALT ÜST tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
